Option 1

You can Download our "Mailbox Request Form" in Excel or Word formats below.

This will allow you to quickly and easily enter all of the details for your mailbox requests.

This would be the easiest, cleanest, and fastest way to enter all of the details.

Then you can upload the completed form by clicking the

Light Blue "Mailbox Request Form" Button on the right side of your screen.

Option 2

For those who are sketched out about downloading a file from a website that just

looks too perfect to be true, you can manually enter up to 20 Mailboxes

by clicking the Light Blue "Mailbox Request Form" Button

on the right side of your screen. Just begin by clicking the checkbox for "Add Mailbox 1"

Just please don't forget to provide your contact details at the end of the form,

so we know who these mailboxes are for.
