- Our services are non-refundable.

- If you want to cancel, we require 30 days’ notice before your next billing date.

- No last-minute cancellations right before renewal.

- You keep access through the end of your paid billing period.

2. Services Covered by This Policy

 

This policy applies to all services sold or provided by LeadsAndOutreach.com,

including but not limited to:

- Domain registrations and related infrastructure services

- Any bundled or subscription-based outreach services

 

Some services are fulfilled through trusted third-party providers.

We initiate and manage these services for you, but once they are provisioned,

real costs are immediately incurred on our end.

Translation: when you activate services, we already paid for things behind the scenes.

 

3. Refund Policy

(The Important Part)

 

All purchases made through LeadsAndOutreach.com are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Why?

 

Because:

- Leads cannot be “un-seen.”

- Domains cannot be “un-registered.”

- Mailboxes cannot be “un-created.”

- Infrastructure costs begin immediately after provisioning.

- Outreach systems are activated in real time.

 

Once services are delivered or activated, refunds are not available

regardless if used heavily, lightly, or forgotten about entirely while life got busy.

We promise this isn’t us being mean. It simply prevents us from paying

provider costs after a customer exits unexpectedly.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

(The 30-Day Rule)

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

 

However:

We require at least thirty (30) days written notice before your next renewal date.

 

This means:

- Cancellation requests submitted less than 30 days before renewal
will apply to the following billing cycle.

- Your service will remain active during the notice period.

- Billing will continue during the required notice window.

 

Why the 30 Days?

Because our services renew automatically with trusted third-party providers,

and we cannot retroactively cancel infrastructure that has already renewed.

 

In plain English:
We’re happy to part ways professionally — we just can’t absorb surprise renewal costs.

 

5. Automatic Renewals

 

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with proper notice.

 

Automatic renewal exists to prevent:

- domain expiration disasters,

- and frantic “why did everything stop working?” messages at 2 AM.

 

If you no longer wish to continue services, simply notify us 30 days in advance.

6. What Happens After Cancellation

 

After cancellation takes effect:

- Associated infrastructure may be deleted or reassigned.

- Data retention is not guaranteed after termination.

 

We strongly recommend exporting anything you wish to keep before your cancellation date.

 

7. Returns

Because our services are digital, licensed, provisioned, and infrastructure-based:

We do not accept returns.

 

There is no warehouse where unused leads sit

waiting to be restocked next to slightly dented email accounts.

 

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

We encourage customers to contact us first if something feels wrong.

Filing a charge-back after services were delivered

or without honoring the 30-day cancellation requirement may result in:

 

- Immediate suspension of services

- Account termination

- Collection efforts for outstanding balances

 

We prefer conversations over disputes. We’re reasonable humans — talk to us.

9. Domain & Mailbox Services

 

Ownership:

Domains purchased through the platform are owned by the Customer

unless otherwise specified.

Mailboxes are provisioned through third-party infrastructure providers.

 

Customer Responsibility

Customer is solely responsible for:

 

- Email sending behavior

- Domain reputation

- Compliance with communication laws

- Mailbox usage practices

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com does not guarantee mailbox survival,

reputation score, or sender status.

 

Third-Party Providers

Mailbox and domain services rely on external providers. We are not liable for:

 

- Suspensions

- Outages

- Provider policy enforcement

- Account shutdowns

 

10. Email Outreach Platform Usage

 

Customers acknowledge:

 

- They control campaign content and targeting.

- They initiate all sending activity.

- LeadsAndOutreach.com acts only as a technology provider.

 

We do not review, approve, or monitor campaign legality.

 

11. Compliance With Laws

 

Customer agrees to comply with all applicable regulations, including:

17. Suspension & Termination

- Violates these Terms

- Causes excessive spam complaints

- Harms platform reputation

- Misuses data or infrastructure

- Creates legal risk

 

Termination may occur without notice or refund.

 

18. Intellectual Property

 

All platform software, databases, branding, and technology

remain the exclusive property of LeadsAndOutreach.com.

No ownership rights are transferred.

 

19. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law,

25. Dedicated Sending Infrastructure

or shared sending infrastructure, including but not limited to:

 

- Dedicated IP addresses

- Shared IP pools

- Sending servers

- Mail transfer agents (MTAs)

- Proxy routing systems

- Mailbox integrations

- Deliverability optimization tools

 

All infrastructure remains the exclusive property

or licensed technology of LeadsAndOutreach.com or its third-party providers.

Customer receives a limited right to use such infrastructure solely through the platform.

No ownership rights are transferred.

 

26. Dedicated IP Allocation

 

Where dedicated IP addresses are assigned:

 

- Allocation does not guarantee exclusivity unless explicitly stated in writing.

- IP availability may change due to operational, security, or provider requirements.

- LeadsAndOutreach.com may rotate, replace, suspend, or reassign

IP addresses at its sole discretion.

 

Dedicated IP assignment does not guarantee:

27. Sender Reputation Responsibility

 

Customer acknowledges that sender reputation is influenced

primarily by Customer behavior, including:

 

- Email content

- Sending frequency

- List quality

- Complaint rates

- Bounce rates

- Recipient engagement

 

Customer assumes full responsibility for reputation outcomes

associated with domains, mailboxes, and campaigns used through the Services.

LeadsAndOutreach.com shall not be liable for:

 

- IP blacklisting

- Domain reputation degradation

- Email provider restrictions

- Account suspension by third-party platforms

 

28. Email Warmup Services

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com may offer automated or assisted email warmup

services intended to gradually establish sending reputation.

 

Warmup features may include:

 

- Automated sending activity

- Inbox interaction simulation

- Reply generation

- Engagement signaling

- Sending pattern optimization

 

Email warmup tools are provided solely as technical assistance

and do not constitute guarantees of deliverability or inbox placement.

 

29. Warmup Performance Disclaimer

 

Customer understands and agrees:

 

- Warmup does not ensure inbox placement.

- Warmup does not prevent spam filtering.

- Warmup does not guarantee domain or mailbox longevity.

- Email providers independently evaluate sending reputation using

proprietary algorithms beyond our control.

- Results vary based on Customer sending practices.

 

30. Third-Party Provider Independence

 

Mailboxes, domains, IP routing, and sending infrastructure

rely on independent and trusted third-party providers.

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com is not responsible for actions taken by:

 

- Email hosting providers

- Cloud infrastructure companies

- Spam filtering organizations

- DNS registrars

- Anti-abuse networks

 

These entities may suspend or restrict accounts without notice.

Such actions do not constitute service failure or breach of agreement.

 

31. Abuse Monitoring & Protective Intervention

 

To maintain platform integrity, LeadsAndOutreach.com may

monitor aggregate sending behavior.

 

We reserve the right to:

 

- Pause campaigns

- Throttle sending volume

- Disable warmup

- Rotate infrastructure

- Suspend mailboxes or domains

- Terminate accounts

32. No Circumvention

 

Customer agrees not to:

 

- Bypass sending safeguards

- Manipulate warmup automation

- Inject external sending systems to exploit infrastructure

- Use infrastructure outside the platform environment

- Attempt reverse engineering of routing or reputation systems

 

33. Infrastructure Suspension Without Refund

 

If sending activity results in:

 

- Excessive spam complaints

- High bounce rates

- Abuse reports

- Provider enforcement actions

- Blacklisting events

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com may immediately suspend infrastructure access.

Such suspension shall not entitle Customer to refunds.

 

34. High-Risk Outreach Prohibition

 

Infrastructure may not be used for outreach involving:

- Fraudulent offers

- Adult content

- Malware distribution

- Phishing or impersonation campaigns

- Any activity reasonably deemed high-risk

Dedicated IPs, warmup systems, and sending infrastructure

are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.

including, but not limited to:

- Subject line creation

- Message rewriting or optimization

- Reply suggestions

- Lead scoring or prioritization

- Automated campaign sequencing logic

- Behavioral or engagement-based automation triggers

 

These features are provided solely as assistive tools

to support Customer-created outreach.

Customer remains the sole author and decision-maker of all communications

sent through the platform.

 

38. No Guarantee of AI Output Accuracy or Suitability

 

Customer acknowledges that AI-generated outputs:

 

- May contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information

- May produce content that is generic, irrelevant, or non-converting

- May misinterpret input prompts or contextual data

- Are generated probabilistically and not based on verified truth

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com makes no representations or warranties regarding:

 

- Accuracy of AI-generated content

- Effectiveness of messaging

- Compliance of generated text with any specific law or regulation

- Suitability for any industry, audience, or use case

- Conversion rates or campaign performance

 

All AI-generated content must be

reviewed, edited, and approved by Customer prior to use.

 

39. Customer Responsibility for AI-Generated Content

 

Customer assumes full responsibility for all content

generated, modified, or suggested by AI systems within the platform,

including:

 

- Email copy

- Subject lines

- Personalization fields

- Dynamic variables

- Follow-up sequences

- Trigger-based automation messages

 

Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all AI-assisted communications:

 

- Are accurate

- Are lawful

- Do not mislead recipients

- Comply with applicable spam and marketing laws

- Do not infringe third-party rights

- Are appropriate for the intended audience

 

Use of AI does not transfer liability to LeadsAndOutreach.com.

 

40. No Legal, Compliance, or Professional Advice

 

AI-generated content and automation suggestions

do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice,

including but not limited to:

 

- Email compliance guidance

- Data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CASL, etc.)

- Marketing or advertising legality

- Industry-specific regulatory requirements

 

Customer is solely responsible for obtaining appropriate legal

or compliance review prior to sending campaigns.

 

41. Automation & Autonomous Sending Disclaimer

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com may provide automation features that enable:

 

- Scheduled email sequences

- Trigger-based messaging flows

- Engagement-based follow-ups

- Behavioral automation rules

 

Customer acknowledges that:

 

- Automation operates based on user-defined logic and settings

- The platform does not independently determine

legality, appropriateness, or compliance of automated sends

- Misconfiguration of automation rules is solely Customer responsibility

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com shall not be liable for:

 

- Excessive sending volumes caused by automation settings

- Spam complaints resulting from automated sequences

- Blacklisting or deliverability issues caused by automation behavior

- Duplicate or unintended sends

- Trigger misfires or workflow errors

 

42. AI Hallucination & Misrepresentation Risk

 

Customer acknowledges that AI systems may occasionally generate:

 

- Incorrect facts about individuals or companies

- Outdated or fabricated information (“hallucinations”)

- Improper personalization fields

- Misaligned contextual references

 

Customer agrees to review all outputs before sending

and assumes full liability for any resulting communications.

 

43. No Guarantee of Commercial Outcome

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com does not guarantee that

AI-powered personalization or automation will result in:

 

- Higher open rates

- Higher reply rates

- Increased sales conversions

- Improved deliverability

- Improved sender reputation

- Business revenue or ROI

 

All performance outcomes are speculative and

depend on external factors beyond platform control.

 

44. Indemnification for AI Usage

 

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LeadsAndOutreach.com,

its affiliates, officers, and providers from any claims,

damages, or liabilities arising from:

 

- Use of AI-generated content

- Automated sending behavior

- Misuse or misinterpretation of AI outputs

- Legal or regulatory violations caused by AI-assisted communications

 

This includes attorney fees, penalties, and settlement costs.

 

45. AI Feature Modification & Suspension

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com reserves the right to:

 

- Modify AI models or outputs at any time

- Limit or throttle AI usage

- Disable AI features for abuse prevention or compliance reasons

- Replace underlying AI providers or models without notice

 

Such changes do not entitle Customer to refunds or credits.

 

46. Mandatory Arbitration Agreement

 

By using LeadsAndOutreach.com, Customer agrees

that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to

these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through

binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.

 

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the

American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a comparable arbitration provider,

and shall take place in the State of Maryland, unless otherwise required by law.

Customer waives the right to:

 

- A jury trial

- Participation in class actions

- Consolidated or representative proceedings

 

This arbitration provision survives termination of the agreement.

 

47. Class Action Waiver

 

Customer expressly agrees that:

 

- All claims must be brought on an individual basis only

- Customer shall not participate in any class action, collective action,

or representative proceeding against LeadsAndOutreach.com

 

If this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining arbitration provisions

shall remain in full force and effect.

 

48. Limitation of Liability (Comprehensive Protection Clause)

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsAndOutreach.com,

its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any:

 

- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

49. Maximum Liability Cap

 

In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of LeadsAndOutreach.com

for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed:

the total amount paid by Customer to LeadsAndOutreach.com

in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If no payment has been made,

Customer agrees that the maximum liability is zero dollars ($0).

 

50. Customer as Independent Publisher

 

Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

 

- Customer is the sole sender and publisher of all emails,

messages, and communications sent using the Services

- LeadsAndOutreach.com does not send, transmit,

or control Customer communications

- All outreach campaigns are initiated, configured, and executed by Customer

 

Accordingly, Customer assumes full responsibility for:

- Content of all messages

- Targeting and recipient selection

- Sending frequency and volume

- Compliance with applicable laws

- Third-party complaints or enforcement actions

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com is a technology provider only,

not a communications sender, marketer, or agent.

 

51. Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer

 

Customer acknowledges that the Services may rely on

third-party providers, including but not limited to:

 

- Email service providers

- Domain registrars

- IP infrastructure providers

- Data enrichment sources

- Cloud hosting platforms

- AI model providers

 

LeadsAndOutreach.com is not responsible for:

 

- Actions or failures of third-party providers

- Service outages or interruptions

- Policy enforcement decisions

Such events do not constitute breach of contract.
